Norwegian Folk Metal
This is a rather strange band, Trollfest but is listed as a folk band, can not wait to make it sound like the typical bands that talk about war Celtic and medieval festivals, they focus on talking about trolls, even sing in "troll", created a new language called "Troll" Språk "which basically is a mix between German and Norwegian.
The songs come in a festive atmosphere that can only be described as a troll (but do not know how the hell is that), and lyrics talk about drinking and food fights trolls, parties for important things for the troll, I mean if you want real culture better hear something else, although it is quite striking how to create another reality. And after all this talk of trolls, one would expect to see their covers full of them, but not, curiously enough no?
As music is mostly a folk metal mixed with elements of death, black and thrash. A bladed makes each song is extremely entertaining without having to become aggressive and brutal, they do not play fast and technically, just play rhythms that sound like "troll" jajajajaja. The parties are my favorite folk, but laguitarra bass and drums sound pretty strong, heavy perhaps, but those parts folk style gives the band sounds pretty rare that if they make you imagine a group of strange creatures drinking to lose reason, there are pieces in which I find great similarity with the music "ska" is quite interesting. I recommend "Brakebein", especially the songs "Essenfest" and "Egen Mjod, Heidunder Mjod!", Enjoy this curious band.
