Crimfall is a band formed by guitarist Jakke Viitala in 2007, so it is a very new band on the scene, their music is quite interesting to mix various subgenres of metal. Accompanied by music and cinematic-class milieu of wars and battles in some songs.
The only album they've released so far is a gem, a perfect convinacion these subgenres, heartbreaking voice mixing black metal (remember that the viking comes from this and therefore it is not necessary to mention in label) and trained voice with Helena Haaparanta the speed of the drums in the style of power metal, symphonic and folk funds during the songs, preludes I interludes, and lyrics about the history and pride scandinave Viking myths.
Many
extremely brutal and epic atmospheres, leaving aside the harmony in every room.
My favorite would be "Wildfire Season", I think that joint is the song that absolutely all content of the album, but all songs are very good. This band is just beginning, expect to see new work that further enhance the music so good they already do.
